Jordan Schrader & Erin WangCacao has started 2010 off in grand style with 2 of its chefs winning both the open and student sections of the Callebaut Chocolate Easter Egg Challenge held at Crown Casino Melbourne on 19th March 2010. This competition is run annually by the Savour Chocolate and Patisserie school in conjunction with Callebaut Chocolate Australia. Congratulations to Jordan Schrader for taking out the title of best chocolate showpiece in the open section and congratulations to Erin Wang on taking out first place in the student section. Both achievements were awarded for imaginative & creative artistic craftsmanship of chocolate. We are very delighted with the results and this only highlights the fantastic team of professionals we have working behind the scenes at Cacao. |
