Designer Caprese- Cherry tomato consommé with strawberries & basil

Caprese - This refreshing palate cleanser can be an appetizer or served at the end of a meal, or just a snack on its own. We highlighted the flavour of the tomato with the addition of strawberry and a hint of fresh basil. We were pleasantly surprised how well this combination works.
