Tim Clark is an acclaimed Pastry Chef and Chocolatier. We sat down with Tim to find out a little more about his life as chef and what he has planned for the Cake Bake & Sweets Show Melbourne.
Tell us a little about yourself
Born in the Illawarra, South Coast NSW, I began my career in pastry in 1996 as a pastry apprentice. From there I travelled the world as a pastry chef working in Europe as well as on a cruise liner for several years. I later returned to Australia and took up the position of Executive Pastry Chef at Crown Casino Melbourne in 2002. I am married, have two gorgeous girls aged 6 and 8, and am now a part owner and director at Cacao Fine Chocolates & Patisserie in Melbourne.
