The Facts: Eating clean might be all the rage these days, but there’s always a place in our hearts for the sweet stuff, especially if it’s completely gorgeous and handmade right here in Melbourne.

For over a decade, Tim Clark and Laurent Meric’s award-winning patisseries and chocolate shops have been feeding local sweet tooths exactly that, with retail spaces in St Kilda, Westfield Doncaster and Highpoint Shopping Centre.
