Cacao Fine Chocolate in collaboration with Etihad Airways was part of the 2017 World’s 50 Best Restaurants awards, with a chocolate representation of the flavors around the world.
A 1.3 meter chocolate Map composed by 800 dark chocolate truffles filled with Gianduja Praline and wrapped on gold foil welcomed the media, special guests and international leaders in the restaurant community to this unique event.
Based on the votes of The Diners Club World’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy, this award is the biggest celebration of global gastronomy for the culinary community.
Incepted in 2002 by London's Restaurant magazine, The World’s 50 Best Restaurants awards is celebrating its 15th edition and the second edition held outside of London, putting Australia into the international culinary spotlight.
