From the time cacao launched in 2003 our philosophy was simple: to create beautiful hand crafted chocolates, macarons and pastries.

Our creative take adds a new contemporary approach whilst staying true to traditional flavours and techniques.

We source natural ingredients of the highest quality locally and abroad that offer us the very best in flavour. Respectful of the origin and the integrity of where and how our products are made remains a passionate focus.

We use only premium Belgium coverture chocolate, made from cocoa beans sustainably sourced from plantations in West Africa, Ivory Coast, Ghana and Indonesia. We work closely with our suppliers such as our local bee keeper and Victorian farmed dairy.

cacao boasts a healthy wholesale business, supplying premium products to both top end retailers and corporate businesses throughout Australia. This includes International hotels, International airlines (first and business class).

cacao also provides catering services for major corporate, private and brand events.
