Yellow Box Honeycomb

Milk chocolate coated chunks of honeycomb infused with natural nectar and pollen from Australian ‘Yellow Box' gum trees. 

The honey we use to make our honeycomb is from a local business called Backyard Honey and gets hand-harvested from beehives located in urban multi-floral backyards and gardens. This 100% pure honey has an amazing depth of flavour giving our honeycomb a unique taste profile.
